MyActive Leek Jobs Fair – Saturday 9th May at Birchall Pavilion

Ever dreamed of a career in fitness and leisure? Whether your passion is water as a swimming teacher or lifeguard, or leading classes as a fitness instructor or maybe a duty manager… Now is your chance to get involved!

On Saturday 9th May MyActive Leek is hosting a jobs fair at Birchall Pavilion from 12:00 -15:00. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore exciting roles at our brand new £17 million health and wellbeing centre, opening this summer. 

The new centre will expand and modernise MyActive’s facilities, offering state of the art pools, fitness suites and wellness spaces, and now you can be part of the team shaping this next chapter in our community’s fitness and leisure journey.

Our new centre will feature:

• A six lane 25m main pool with accessible entry points
• A learner pool for lessons, classes and casual use
• A state of the art fitness suite
• A 25 bike immersive group cycling studio
• Modern changing areas serving the pools
• A fully inclusive ‘changing places’ facility for people with additional needs or disabilities
• An improved café and reception area to relax and socialise
• A community wellness suite for beginners, post injury rehabilitation or GP referrals
• A new soft play area for children to learn, play and have fun
