"Spring is the season of new beginnings, and Spring into Action is all about making it easy and fun for everyone to move that little bit more"

With the arrival of longer days and brighter skies, MyActive is excited to launch Spring into Action 26, a campaign designed to inspire communities across High Peak and Staffordshire Moorlands to embrace movement, connection, and wellbeing as the seasons shift.

Running through April and May, Spring into Action brings a fresh wave of activities, events, and initiatives aimed at helping people take simple steps towards building more activity into daily lifestyles. Whether it’s joining a family-friendly fitness session, or taking part in an outdoor wellness event, the campaign offers something for everyone.

Heather Djuranovic, Marketing and Communications Lead at MyActive, explains:

“Spring is the season of new beginnings, and Spring into Action is all about making it easy and fun for everyone to move that little bit more. You don’t need to be a gym regular or even a fitness fan to take part. This is about small steps, feeling good, and connecting with your community.”

Alongside the fun, Spring into Action also supports MyActive’s mission to promote health equity by working closely with local partners, such as health and community organisations to reach those who may need extra support to get started.

Campaign highlights:

  • Targeted activities for families, older adults, and those returning to exercise
  • Outdoor wellness events from nature walks to mindful movement sessions

And the vibe? Think fresh starts, community connection, and small steps with a big impact.
