People Business Partner

Salary: FTE £38,000 (Pro rata)
Location: MyActive Leek (opening 2026) - Agile position, including home working and travel across Staffordshire Moorlands and High Peak
Contract Type: 3 days per week (24hrs), or 4 days per week (32hrs)
Reports to: Managing Director

You’ll play a key role in delivering our organisational purpose by creating the culture and people practices that make MyActive a great place to work. This varied role will also provide trusted HR advice, support positive change, and make sure our people policies and processes are not just compliant, but meaningful and empowering.

General Manager - MyActive Leek

Salary: £35,679
Location: MyActive Leek
Contract Type: Full-time, site-based
Reports to: Head of Operations

We’re looking for a General Manager who can lead from the front, bring our values to life, and help shape the impact this outstanding facility can have on the Staffordshire Moorlands community.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the centre, responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment where everyone feels supported to move more, feel better, and live well. You’ll lead by example, empowering your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
