MyActive Announces Two Exciting New Roles to Shape the Future of Active Wellbeing

Join us, we're recruiting

MyActive is inviting passionate professionals to join its growing team as the organisation continues to expand its impact across Staffordshire Moorlands and High Peak. With community health and wellbeing at the heart of everything it does, MyActive is championing two new strategic roles that offer meaningful work and real influence on local active lifestyles.

People Business Partner

MyActive is looking for a People Business Partner who can blend people-centric HR expertise with a strategic mindset. Based at the future MyActive Leek site and covering travel across the Staffordshire Moorlands and High Peak, this part-time role (24–32 hours per week) sits at the core of MyActive’s vision to be a great place to work.

The successful candidate will help build and nurture a positive organisational culture, provide trusted HR support, and ensure people practices are not just compliant but purposeful and empowering. MyActive encourages those curious about the role to reach out informally and explore whether it might be the right next step in their career.

General Manager at MyActive Leek

For those who love leading from the front, the General Manager position at MyActive Leek offers a unique chance to shape how a flagship local facility serves its community. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this full-time, site-based role places you at the heart of day-to-day operations, with responsibility for creating a welcoming, safe, and inspiring environment.

This role is all about people and place: empowering teams, fostering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring the centre delivers on MyActive’s commitment to helping people move more, feel better, and live well.

Why These Roles Matter
Both positions reflect MyActive’s focus on community wellbeing and organisational growth. They represent more than traditional jobs, they are opportunities to help shape the future of inclusive, community-centred active living in the region. As MyActive continues to expand and open new facilities like MyActive Leek, these roles play a key part in turning strategy into impact.

Apply by 2nd February 2026
Applications for both roles close at 5 pm on 2nd February 2026, offering a timely chance for professionals looking to make a difference in the health and wellbeing sector.
